Hi, I am glad you are here and looking into coaching. What a crazy time we are in with races cancelled, everything going Virtual and not a clear path forward.

A little bit about me. I started running marathons in 2005, with the goal of “finishing”. Well, I caught the bug as some would say and I have since run 12 Marathons and have reached my goal of getting “sub 3”, three times and even have a PR of 2:52!

I have been coaching both teams and individuals for over 10 years. I have coached runners of all abilities and have gotten many to reach their goals to “BQ”! I have a passion for helping runners achieve their big goals. I have a mom-like focus now of making sure to keep runner’s injury free and promise to not build too soon.

I too planned on doing Boston this year but will be doing the Virtual Option and would love to teach you what I know.

I attribute my success to my top 5 things:

  • Being a dedicated runner – I truly have enjoyed this journey of making running a daily/weekly thing I just do, for over 15 years. It isn’t always easy, but 99.9% of the time it’s worth it.
  • Coaching – I have had some great coaches that have helped me achieve greatness in a systematic challenging, yet attainable plan.
  • Community – I have had some really great friends I have met through the years and having a group to hold you accountable as well as friendly competition amongst them.
